Kellen Florence
With 20 years of account management experience spanning fitness, telecommunications, and real estate, Kellen brings a dynamic, people-first approach to the architecture and design community. Now serving as a Seattle-based Solutions Specialist with COR Group, he’s known for his ability to build meaningful relationships and spark positive energy in every collaboration.
A passionate freehand artist since the age of six, Kellen has always been driven by a love for visual expression and thoughtful design. That deep-rooted creative spirit translates into his professional life, where he brings a keen eye, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to helping design partners win.
Whether he’s sharing the latest from COR’s incredible manufacturer partners or supporting you through the details of your next project, Kellen is a trusted resource who brings inspiration, clarity, and care to every step of the process.
When he’s not out in the field, you can find him spending quality time with his family—especially his two children—in the gym embracing challenging workouts, or talking all things football on a weekly podcast dedicated to his hometown Washington Huskies.
Shirley Aldaba
With over 17 years of experience in contract furniture representation, Shirley began her journey in Vancouver, British Columbia, before settling in Seattle for the past 7 years.
Before co-founding Cor Group, Shirley held pivotal roles with global corporate furniture and hospitality manufacturers, from Regional Vice President to Senior Workplace Strategist. She expertly managed relationships, strategies, and product specifications for a wide range of accounts from global entities to boutique organizations and start-ups, spanning diverse vertical markets, including healthcare, GSA, education, hospitality, and commercial office.
Shirley excels in building meaningful relationships with dealers, specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers across all distribution channels. Her consultative and solution-oriented approach ensures that every client's unique needs are met.
In her free time, Shirley's adventurous spirit leads her to explore baking, cooking, traveling, and the outdoors, reflecting her zest for life that shines through in her work. And don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse of her Canadian accent during a meeting or two...or always!
Oliver Decastro
Oliver is a Portland-based creative, blending a deep-rooted passion for aesthetics with a mission to enhance everyday life through beautifully functional design. Originally from the Bay Area, he’s called Portland home since 2015 and has built strong, trusted relationships within the local architecture and design community ever since. With over a decade combined in the furniture and interior design world, Oliver brings a unique mix of hands-on design experience and FF&E product knowledge. Today, he represents a curated portfolio of design-forward solutions at Cor Group, helping fellow creatives bring their visions to life with intention and style.
Outside of work, Oliver’s creativity takes on a different rhythm—literally. He’s a former world-class front ensemble percussionist, a hobby DJ, and an avid traveler who's explored 39 states (and counting). Whether through music, movement, or new landscapes, he’s always finding fresh inspiration to bring back to the world of design.
